Realm of Heroes SMP Towny Update

Because of popular demand, the infamous system named Towny has been implemented. This plugin is well known for providing a very rich experience to Minecraft servers. It provides this by providing a property protection system managed through our economy while also implementing a community system that allows for diverse player interaction. We hope this plugin not only brings players closer together, but also enhances your experience on our new server.

Also, please be aware that we have started a period of adjustment where we are running Towny and Protection Stones side by side. You have two days to switch from protecting your property with Protection Stones to protecting it with Towny. At this time we will not allow players to sell their protection ores for money.

To the amazing players of Blood and World of Heroes:

For those of you that do not know me, I'd like to formally introduce myself. My name is Ilumini (Tony) and I am the owner of the Blood of Heroes PvP Server. To the Blood of Heroes players, I would like to introduce to you, Avengah, the owner of World of Heroes.

As you've realized by now, a lot of changes have been conducted in a very short amount of time. Over the past several weeks, Avengah and I have been contemplating and planning an inter-connection between our two great servers. The first question that comes to mind, is Why?:

The summer is approaching quickly, and Avengah and I both agreed on the need to do something great for our players. We both individually had our attempts of offering more gameplay styles to you guys by constructing our own SMP and PvP servers, but in the end, we were spreading ourselves too thin over huge projects. Managing one heavily-populated server proved to be challenging enough.

Thus, the idea of a "Cloud Merge" was born. After about a week of talking shop, we provisioned a thoroughly laid-out plan of integrating our servers in which would optimize the player interaction between two completely different styles of minecraft gameplay. And the result of carrying out this plan is what you see now.

In a nutshell, there are 3 primary servers: The Hub Server, The SMP (World of Heroes) server, and the PvP (Blood of Heroes) Server. When you first log in with the primary IP address (play.lost-servers.com), you are directed to the spawn of the Hub Server. From here, you have complete control of which server you wish play on, through the ultimate convenience of two simple commands. You can type "/pvp" to join the PvP server, or "/smp" to join the SMP server. We are currently working on in-game commands that will allow you to go from server-to-server without ever having to log off, so stay patient with us on that.

Conclusively, this major decision was mutually agreed upon for the benefit of our players. Avengah and I are 100 percent dedicated to refining this now combined community (Realm of Heroes) with your happiness and satisfaction in mind. We thank all the players for continuous dedication to our community, and your patience while we finish up this improvement. We hope you enjoy this move as much we are.
